Users may cancel a membership at any time. Generally, cancelations take effect after the current billing period is over and all monies collected by penthousegold.com are non-refundable.

We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your access and use of the Service at any time, with or without advance notice, if you breach any material term of these Terms and Conditions.
